Job Description
Focus: In a Chennai manufacturing setting, highlight the essential competencies of managing production teams, guaranteeing effective workflow, upholding quality standards, and accomplishing production goals within a given shift.
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

What you ll Do:
Oversee and manage all production activities during your assigned shift in our Chennai manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor production processes and equipment performance closely, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks promptly to minimize downtime in our Chennai plant.
Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel during the shift in our Chennai facility.
Troubleshoot operational and technical problems that arise during the shift, taking corrective actions or escalating issues to the appropriate personnel (maintenance, engineering) in Chennai.
Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, material usage, and any deviations from standard procedures, relevant to the shift in our Chennai operations.

What you need:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments in Chennai.
Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures applicable to manufacturing in India, particularly in Tamil Nadu.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced shift environment in our Chennai plant.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to use production monitoring systems and reporting tools relevant to our Chennai operations.
