Responsibilities:
Install and run Horizontal Machining Centres (HMCs) in accordance with specifications, work orders, and blueprints.
Workpieces should be safely loaded and unloaded into the HMC and onto fixtures.
Accurately interpret job instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
Depending on the machining program and material specifications, choose, install, and modify the proper cutting tools, tool holders, and inserts.
To guarantee surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy, enter and modify machine offsets and parameters.
To ensure first-piece quality and conformance to specifications, conduct trial runs and make the required modifications.
Educational Qualification: 8th,10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 3+ yrs
