Responsibilities:
Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs) should be installed and operated in compliance with work orders, plans, and specifications.
Enter and adjust machine offsets and parameters to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness.
Conduct trial runs and make the necessary adjustments to guarantee first-piece quality and specification compliance.
Make that the VMC machine is operating safely and efficiently.
Perform standard machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating components.
Monitor tool wear and replace damaged or worn-out tools as needed.
Educational Qualification: 8th,10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 3+ yrs
