Job Description:

We are hiring Voice AR Callers (Freshers) for our US Healthcare process in Chennai. Candidates will be responsible for following up with insurance companies in the US to resolve unpaid or denied medical claims.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Freshers (0 1 year)
Qualification: Any Graduate (B. Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.A, etc.)
Salary Range: 15,000 22,000/month (based on performance & communication skills)
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Process: US Healthcare Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to resolve pending claims

Understand the reason for denials/delays and take appropriate action

Document the actions taken on each account clearly and concisely

Work with team leads and managers to meet daily/weekly targets

Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained

Required Skills:

Good English communication (verbal & written)

Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)

Basic knowledge of medical billing or AR calling is a plus (not mandatory)

Strong listening and analytical skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
