Job Description
Focus: Emphasize the primary skills of setting up CNC machines accurately, ensuring precise part production, and optimizing machining processes, specifically within the dynamic manufacturing environment of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

What you ll Do:
Execute precise setup procedures for a variety of CNC machines (VMCs, HMCs, Lathes, etc.) prevalent in our Chennai facility, ensuring optimal performance for high-quality part production.
Program and precisely adjust machine parameters at the CNC control panel (speeds, feeds, depth of cut, tool offsets), optimizing for material type, desired finish, and the specific capabilities of our Chennai-based machinery (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain controllers).
Continuously monitor CNC machine operations, making real-time adjustments to maintain consistent part quality, optimize cycle times, and achieve efficient production rates within the constraints of our Chennai plant's operational environment.
Perform detailed inspections of finished machined parts using precision measuring instruments to meticulously verify complete conformance to all specified dimensions and tolerances, adhering to the rigorous quality control protocols of our Chennai manufacturing unit.

What you need:
Mastery in the use of a wide array of precision measuring instruments, ensuring meticulous dimensional accuracy of machined components.
In-depth knowledge of various cutting tools, work holding methodologies, and optimal machining parameters for a diverse range of materials commonly processed in Chennai's manufacturing sector.
Strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate machine setup and operational issues.
