Job Description
To join our vibrant production team, we are looking for a QA Engineer who is extremely driven and thorough. By managing every facet of quality control and spearheading continuous improvement projects, a QA Engineer will be important in guaranteeing the reliable manufacture of high-quality products.

Requirements:
Perform audits and inspections of the final products, raw materials, and materials used during production.
To guarantee compliance with quality standards and requirements, keep an eye on production procedures.
Engage in initiatives for continuous improvement, such as applying Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and other techniques for quality improvement.
Oversee and coach a group of quality control inspectors.
Assign work, track performance, and offer coaching and comments.

Skills:
solid knowledge of the tools, processes, and principles of quality assurance.
expertise in setting up and keeping up quality control systems.
comprehensive knowledge of industry norms and manufacturing procedures.
Being able to read and understand engineering specifications and drawings.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities.
