Job Description
Primary Task: At our Chennai office, we will conduct comprehensive audits, identify the underlying causes of errors, and work with operational teams to implement corrective actions and ongoing process improvements in order to guarantee the highest level of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout all stages of the medical billing process for US healthcare clients.

Responsibilities
Audit medical billing procedures and transactions on a regular and methodical basis.
Sort and measure mistakes to find patterns and regions that need a lot of work.
Based on audit findings, give teams and individual billing executives concise, helpful, and practical feedback.
As needed, provide team leads, managers, and clients with findings and suggestions.
Engage in activities for continual improvement to raise the general effectiveness and calibre of the process.

Required Abilities:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with medical billing software and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a target-driven environment.
