Department of French at St. Teresa's College, Ernakulam offers BA French, a three year Bachelor's programme with Communicative English and Travel and Tourism as complementary courses. This combination of courses makes the programme unique and job-oriented. We have French native as instructor as it is important for the students to get accustomed to the French native accent. No prior knowledge of French is required as we offer courses from the beginner's level. After BA French the students can pursue their higher studies in French, Journalism, Media Studies or Travel and Tourism. They can even take an MBA or MSW. Having a Bachelor's in French will boost your CV and you can easily procure a job in embassies or multinational companies as translators, interpreters or catalogue analysts.
