Marine Engineer /Dredger Commander recruitment in Cochin Port

Marine Engineer (Class- I)/SC-2, ST-1
Qualification: MOT Ist Class Motor Certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act 1958. One year post Qualification experience as Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer on board a foreign going Ship.

Age Limit: 40 years

Scale of Pay : Rs.29100-54500

Dredger Commander (Class-I) /SC-1

Qualification: Certificate of competency as Master Foreign Going holder with experience as Chief Officer for at least six months Or Certificate of competency as Dredger Master Gr.I with 2 years experience on Dredgers Or Certificate of competency as Master NCV with 2 years experience on Dredgers. Or Officers who held the post of Lt. Commander /Commander in Executive branch of the Indian Navy with at least seven years sea service.

Age Limit: 45 years

Scale of Pay :Rs. 29100-54500 for Master FG holder Rs.24900-50500 for others
