At Dr. Joys Hospital for Women and Children, women can now choose to enjoy labour in the company of their husband and family , in centrally air-conditioned painless labour suites. She can opt for the reassuring and comforting presence of her husband, while still maintaining her privacy.
The hospital is a proposed seven storeyed , 49,000 sq. ft., structure exclusively meant for women and children.

The labour-theatre complex comprising the theatres, post-operative ward, labour ward, epidural ward and NICU, is housed on a single floor of 7,500 sq. ft. The hospital has a geriatric and adolescent clinics.
A canteen and a maternity provision store are on the premises. A florist will soon be available.
