The course includes the topics given in the guidance regarding watchkeeping arrangements and principles as stated in Reg. A-III/1 for Engine-room Resource Management of STCW Manila Amendments / STCW 2010 .

COURSE OF THE SCOPE :
This course is to gain a fundamental understanding of engine room resource management and to successfully participate in leadership and team exercises, thereby displaying knowledge of leadership, managerial skills, and team working skills.

Case studies and simulator exercises as a learning tool to backup / illustrate the theory
