Gouri Kalyana Mandapam in Cochin

The main auditorium attached to Ernakulam Grama Jana Samooham is a palacious hall with a seating capacity of over 1000 people on the first floor of the samooham building. The hall is very well designed with the stage on the western side of the hall. A balcony with a seating capacity of about 150 people is also attached to this hall. This is suitable for conducting marriages and other rituals besides hosting large seminars, meetings etc . The following additional facilities are also available in this auditorium.

There are four air conditioned roomsfor accommodating families of both bride and groom. The rooms are very spacious which can accommodate about ten persons in each room. The rooms are furnished with beds and other amenities for guests to have a comfortable stay. The bathrooms attached to these rooms are provided with hot water supply facility.
In addition to the above, there are a few non-A/C rooms also available in this building which can be made available on specific request.
The ground floor of this hall is the dining space with a seating capacity of 250 people. There is sufficient space for washing by the side of this hall.
The toilet complex attached to this hall is maintained neat and clean.
Kitchen with all modern amenities, utensils, other fixtures like grinders etc., is attached to this dining hall on the ground floor. This is sufficient for preparation of food for about 1500 people.
Uninterrupted water supply and power supply will be made available.
The Auditorium and surroundings are maintained very neat and clean to have a very tidy ambience for conduct of big functions and events.
