For your information the detailed version of Ayurveda Health Holiday Tour Packages are as follows:
Day 01 Cochin-Munnar
On your arrival at the Cochin International Airport/Railway Station, our representative will receive you and escort to the hotel in Munnar (140 km),On arrival check in to the hotel. Spend the day sightseeing situated at the confluence of three Mountain streams-Mudrappuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale. Munnar is 1600 metres above sea level. This majestic Hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in south India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Mattupettey Dam,Kundale lake and Echo point. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai where the rarest species of Mountain Goat “Nilgiri tars “can be spotted. Overnight stay is arranged in Munnar.
Day 02 Munnar-Thekkady
After the breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady(118km ).On arrival check in to the hotel. Later proceed for the Thekkady Sightseeing tour. Thekkady-one of the world’s most fascinating Wildlife reserves. The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777sq km of which 360 sq km is thick evergreen forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of Wildlife and Scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared Tiger reserve in 1978 . After the Thekkady Sightseeing tour return to the hotel for an Overnight stay .
Day 03 Thekkady-Alleppey
After the early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey (140 km ).On arrival check in to the Houseboat. Enjoy an enchanting backwater cruise in the Houseboat. While cruising in this Floating villa, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual-skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down Paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Enjoy the food served on board. Overnight stay in the Houseboat.
Day 04 Alleppey- Ayurveda Retreat Centre
After breakfast check out from the Houseboat in Alleppey, then drive to Ayurveda Retreat Centre, for completion of full packages by CosmicAyur for next 7 days to 21 days therapy as per your choice and after Doctor’s consultation.

On the Last Day - Cochin
After breakfast, check- out from the Ayurveda Retreat Centre and drive to Cochin, for Seeing the historic Dutch Palace – a tribute to the relationship between the two cultures during the previous centuries, the only Jewish Synagogue in India at Mattancherry , & Chinese net for fishing etc. and we get back to Airport/Railway Station for end of Ayurveda Health Holiday Package.
This Package also includes the following:
1) Accommodation:- Welcome on entrance. Accommodation in the room, welcome drink. Explanations and discussion on programmes and rules with an officer. Keep an hour for rest. Consultation with Ayurvedic expert and after necessary check up Doctor will explain about the treatment plan.
2) Food:- Vegetarian Food prepared in Kerala /Indian style with controlled spices
suits the taste of global customers.
3) Ayurvedic Treatments:- Doctor will inform the treatment plan and will brief
the process of application and mode of the treatments scheduled . Daily
treatments according to the decision of the Doctor. Therapists will inform the
patient after arranging all necessary preparations for the treatment
4) Yoga class:-Yoga Master will meet the patient and will discuss about the yoga
class scheduled and will discuss the possible training if needed based on the
advice of the Ayurvedic Doctor.
5) Outing :- Outing shall be arranged , but restricted based on the advice of the Doctor.
The minimum programme is for 13 days.
