Confirmation Of Bookings / Advance Policy

1. Token advance of 15 % of the estimated billing of the conference / event is to be paid at the time of confirmation of the event.
2. An additional 50% of the estimated billing of the conference / event is to be paid at least 120 days prior to the event date.
3. An additional 25 % of the estimated billing of the conference / event is to be paid at least 30 days prior to the event date
4. The balance of 10% of the estimated billing of the conference / event is to be paid 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event. Only extras, (if any) are to be settled on the same day after the event.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

1. In case the cancellation is more than 6 months prior to the commencement of the conference / event no retention charges would be levied.
2. In case the cancellation is between 180 days and 120 days prior to the conference / event, Token advance of 15 % of the estimated bill will be retained.
3. In case the cancellation is between 120 days and 30 days prior to the conference / event 50 % of the estimated billing.
4. In case the cancellation is between 30 days and 15 days prior to the conference / event 75% of the estimated billing.
5. In case the cancellation is between 15 days prior to the conference / event 100% of the estimated billing.
