Program Overview:
The program emphasizes on developing the leadership skills in resources and leader in an organization in the mid level mgmt or first time in management role, so that they can achieve the objective assigned to them (org vision), by leveraging their leadership abilities. Improving their influence, connecting with teammates and improving their understanding of leadership

Program Audience: Candidate in Mid level Management, first time managers, Project leads, and team leads, supervisors, individuals with 5 to 15 years of exp in Industry. Since this is a behavioral skill, it is common across any industry

Program Delivery Mode: Instructor led PPT, Activities, videos, interactive mode, face to face, in house or class room training.
