It may be noted that the advance 15% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be adjusted with the final package cost. Rest of the tour package must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to the cancellation of the trip. All the customers must carry the issued confirmation letter as it contains important information like transportation details, confirmed hotel, Cab Details, and Service contact Numbers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

There is no contract between My India Travels and the client until the company has received an initial booking deposit amount of specified tour package.

In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 14 days of the travel date because of any reasons, including curfew, strike, accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated by email/ telephone calls.

In exceptional cases like Instant death, the company shall refund the advance payment amount and Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount. The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic status of the market as per the Government policy. Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
