for admission u should submit 1. 3rd ,2nd and 1st year Mark sheets of GNM (of all the attempts)
2. Attempts certificate of 1st ,2nd ,3rd year GNM
3. Caste certificate (2 Copies) for SC/ST/SEBC.

5. School Leaving Certificate (2 copies)
6. Medical fitness certificate as per prescribed Performa.
7. Two self addressed envelopes with appropriate postage stamp. And 10
photographs to be pasted in Application form.
8. 12th Std. Mark Sheet
9. 10th Std. Mark Sheet
10. Registration certificate of G.N.M. Course by respective state Nursing Council
/State Nursing Board.
