PinStove expands to Kochi: order homecooked food in India

It has become even easier to order home cooked food in India for home delivery. The exciting service from PinStove has expanded to a second city in Kerala, Kochi. Our first order in Kochi was for a Chicken Biryani and made for a satisfying lunch. We now have over 500 menu options available through the app for delivery in Trivandrum and Kochi.
Kochi, or Cochin as it’s also known, is found in the South West of India and to the North of Trivandrum. It’s well known for its stylish Marina and also has historical links to the world spice trade. As an international port, Kochi’s cuisine has acquired culinary influences from China, Europe and the Middle East, as well as classical Indian food.
Perhaps some of our new chefs will treat us to some fresh sea-food or fish dishes. Banana and coconut milk also feature heavily in classic recipes. Traditional meals worth trying from Kochi include puttu and kadala, appam and stew. We know from past experience, however that our cooks love to share favourite dishes from their kitchen from a variety of meal options, whether that be a traditional Keralan fish curry with coconut milk or a high-quality specially designed cake for an occasion.
