1.our service charge will be 15 days rent for residential and commercial rental.
2.Once the property owner paid the service charge we will not charge any additional charges from property owners in a term of 11 month's. ie;-If the tenant vacated before 11 months ,we will be arrange another tenant without charging any additional service charge.
3. we will advertise the properties in all medias in our own expense without charging any additional amount from property owners.
4 Our clients are Exicutives from MNc/Bank/dr's /families.
5.We are collecting tenants Personal ID copies and handing over it to property owners.
