The Rubber Board, Kottayam (Kerala State) invites Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Junior Assistant under special recruitment drive for Scheduled Castes and for Visually Handicapped Persons. SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR SCHEDULED CASTES AND FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (VISUALLY HANDICAPPED)

Junior Assistant,05,27 Years, 5200-20200 (PB1) with Grade Pay 1900/-

Essential Qualifications:

(1) Pass in Matric with 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or University.
(2) A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English on manual typewriter or 35 w.p.m. in computer. (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word). However, Visually Handicapped persons whose physical disability permanently prevents them from typing are exempted from typing speed subject to production of certificate from the Medical Board.

Selection Process: Written Exam. The written test will be held at Guwahati or Agartala. Those who are called for written test have to produce downloaded application form, all certificates/ documents in original and one set of self-attested photocopy of the same for verification at the time of written test. Selection will be based on written test and as per guidelines of Government of India.
