THERE ARE INNUMERABLE STUDENT PROBLEMS IN SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES INVOLVING MISBEHAVIOUR, SUICIDES, AGGREGATION, ANGER, DRUGS ADDICTION ETC. FOR WHICH MOST TEACHERS ARE ILL-EQUIPPED TO MANAGE THE SITUATIONS. As we all know, Education today is considered as an important asset of fundamental importance to Society. Our expectations from the education are varied and many. Teachers must be able to create an environment in which the Students must realize their potential and find a gainful employment. Parents, Teachers and the Society at large expect to produce INTELLECTUAL, EMOTIONALLY MATURED, SOCIALLY USEFUL and MORALLY DEVELOPED Youth. Our Society naturally expect to have law-abiding citizens. In this process the Education is expected to develop ideal personality of an individual and enhance his skills of learning to learn and related abilities so as to empower the youth with the ability to face the challenges of tomorrow's change and innovative technologies. .
The end result would be a desirable SOCIAL CHANGE
and economic prosperity in our Country especially in the State of Kerala. TO ACHIEVE THIS AIM, COUNSELING PSYCHOLOGY HAS A SIGNIFICANT ROLE AND EVERY TEACHER AND STUDENT COUNSELOR MUST SHARPEN THEIR SKILL BEYOND OBTAINING DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY AND READING BOOKS. OUR INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP IS VERY USEFUL FOR THIS PURPOSE.

We conduct a TWO DAYS RESOURCE PERSONS INDUCTION PROGRAM at Tiruvalla once in every month. Program is conducted normally on a Saturday and Sunday but this month it is on WEDNESDAYD AND THURDAY for the convenience of Participants. Its an Interactive and Therapist-lead Counseling Education Workshop. Several hundreds Participants have expressed and responded with excellent feedback. We conducted this program several times in almost all the major Indian metros too.
