Seeking Web Creator Graphics Designer Required

I am a business man and I am launching a new business - covering the commercial property sector in Europe - I am seeking experienced, energetic and honest persons/company to join our team and take responsibility for design & a bi-monthly publication with accompanying web site.
Initially - during development - I wish to keep costs very low - after launch excellent opportunities for claiming increased expenses and costs will then exist - also if you are successful as a partner in this new enterprise and we are happy with each others conduct and commitment - then partnerships with shareholding in the company will be offered to you.
