Network:- Network means sharing of data or collection of different components to share the data and resources.
There are two types of components of Networking:-
(i) Topology:-(What is Network Topology)- Topology means physical structure of a Network.In communication networks, a topology is a usually schematic description of the arrangement of a network, including its nodes and connecting lines. There are two ways of defining network geometry: the physical topology and the logical (or signal) topology.

(ii) Networking Model:- Networking Model Means Logical structure of a Network.There are different types of Topology.
1)-> Point to point or peer to peer Topology:- Means all the computer are connected each other.
2)-> Bus Topology:- Means all the computers are connected with a single cable.
Max 10-12 computer,BNC-T Connector(British Novel Connector)
3)-> Ring Topology:- We can use any cable,speed is fast because token will generate and create
session,Token Means special signals,session between two computers,No fault
tolerance.
4)-> Mesh Topology:- All computers are directly connected each other.Speed is fast,Fault tolerance,
Costly in technical terms.
5)-> Star Topology:- All computers are connected with a central device or hub.Speed is fast
Fault tolerance very high,Easy maintenance-Troubleshooting.
6)-> Special or hybrid topology:- It is a combination of different Topology.
7)-> Star plus Topology:- All computers are connected by a centralize device,Speed is fast,Fault tolerance is too high.

There are three Networking Models:-
1)-> Centralize or Server client Model:- It Means dedicated server will provide service and client machine
will only receive service.
2)-> Distributed or peer to peer Networking Model:-It Means all computers can act as server and client.
3)-> Collaborative and hybrid:- It is a combination of centralize and distributed networking model.
