Designation:
1) Sr.Customer Service Executive (Chat & Email) UK Client. Project Name: Eircom

Job Location: Chennai
No of openings: 90
Venue: PurpleproInfotech, No.469-C, 1st Floor, Kalki Nagar, Peelamedu, Opp:ESSO Bunk Bus Stop, Coimbatore - 641004 (Near SugunaKalyanaMandapam , Beside Anjaneyar Temple)
Walk-in Date: Monday - Friday.
Timings: 10 am 3 pm.
Qualification: Any Graduate (BE/ B.Tech / Arts and Science-Any stream) / Under Graduate.
Experience: 6 months to 3 years.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
To answer enquiries on chat in a polite and professional manner
Provide customers with product and service information
Respond to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate priority issues
Complete call& transaction logs
Capture customer data accurately and input it to a CRM/DB platform
Achieve KPI's
Skill set required:-
Basic customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills (Written & spoken)
Good typing /keyboard handling skills
Ability to multi-task (handling 3 chats concurrently).
Ability to work on CRM application
Typing Test: 35wpm, 80% accuracy
Sales experience a plus!
Fixed knowledge a plus!

Selection Procedure:-
HCL is selecting the candidates who are Good in English Written Skills, Grammar & Communication (because the candidates need to interact with UK clients). HCL will be conducting 5 rounds of Interview which is mentioned as below.
1st Round: Essay Writing.
2nd Round: Aptitude Test. (10Technical & 10 General Questions).
3rd Round: Typing Test (35wpm, 80% accuracy).
4th Round: Operation Round.
5th Round: Final HR Round.
Salary Package: 1.75 LPA 2 LPA(Compensation will vary based on the relevant documents and qualification).
