Job Description
• Manage complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing to Hiring
• Manage high volume recruiting in a fast paced structured environment
• Negotiate compensation & pre closing candidate
• Good Understanding of internal and client hiring needs / requirements
• Identify and recruit professionals through various online resources, networking, references and head hunting\
• Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews
• Achieve targets assigned and maintain profitability through performance
Skills Required:
• Sourcing, Screening and Submitting Quality resumes as per the clients' requirement.
• Use various tools for sourcing including, but not limited to various paid and free Job boards,
• We expect the ideal candidate to be innovative and be capable of thinking out of the box.
• Define, develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet the staffing requirements
• Should have ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
• Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills
Qualification: Any Degree
