• Client Handling - Understanding the client's Man Power requirement & handle the client requirements and co-ordinate with the team members about the open positions and methods to close it ASAP.
• Recruitment - Entire Recruitment Life Cycle which includes - Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Negotiations – compensation etc, extend offers, Post Offer Follow up.
Key Skills: Good command over English (oral and written), other languages would be added advantage. Ability to adapt to any group of people, flexible. Good Convincing skills. Good learner, willing to work hard, and keep up values and leadership ability.
Education: Any UG / PG / MBA (HR) preferably
Experience:
Min 1-4 yrs exp in Experience in working reputed placement consultants would be must / Client handling Exp would be added advantage.
Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle in any one of these sector Like Engineering or IT& ITES or BFSI or Retail which includes - Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Negotiations – compensation etc, extend offers, Post Offer Follow up.
