MBD lets you directly create and manage annotations in Creo!

The Model-Based Definition (MBD) lets you directly create and manage annotations directly in the context of 3D models. This allows you to fully annotate your 3D models so that they can be used directly by downstream functions such as manufacturing and inspection, eliminating the need for 2D detailed drawings as an engineering deliverables.
Use the Help to learn about creating and managing annotation features with annotation elements such as dimensions, Geometric Tolerances (GTOLs), symbols, and notes to document the design and manufacturing requirements. The Help also shows you how to create driving dimension annotation elements to reuse the dimensions that drive model geometry. You will learn how to manipulate the orientation and position of the annotations to organize them using combination states.
