2.No box mixes or premixes will be used at the session.
3.Learn to get perfect bakes
4.How to prepare vanilla sponge
5.How to stabilize your cream, the different kinds and how to work with them
6.How to frost your cupcakes
7.How to set your cheesecake and work with veg gelatin.
8. Different piping techniques and use of nozzles.
