3. If you are planning to visit Athirappally through deep forest route, you have to take kerala permit in pollachi itself, before reaching valparai. Also insists your cab driver to get pollution certificate before getting permit.(The permit cost is Rs. 400/-)
4. No single hotel and restaurant is situated in that deep forest hotel. So pack your food at valparai itself.
5. Plastic is prohibited in Valparai and Athirappally. So Avoid Using the Plastic items
6. Don t miss to visit Balaji Temple(Visiting time 6 am to 11 pm and 4pm to 7 pm)
7. Choose the train route to Coimbatore when you are planning to go valparai from Chennai for your comfortable journey.
8. Don t make noise and pollution when you are going through deep forest route to Athirapally.
9. Its better to have your stomach empty while driving down the Hills.
