In 45 Days (67.5 Hrs), we are providing module specific training.
After completion of module specific training, we will give Real time Implementation project exposure using ASAP Methodology. The duration for Real time Implementation Project is 35 days (5 weeks-- 10 hrs for each week)

REAL TIME IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT EXPOSURE:
We are following ASAP methodology for SAP Implementation.
ASAP Methodology consists of 5 Phases.
1. Project Preparation
2. Business Blue Print.
3. Realization.
4. Final Preparation.
5. Go live & Support.
Each Phase will be covered in one week.
In 1st Week:
Phase 1: Project Preparation:
1. Overview of ASAP Methodology
2. Define your project goals and objectives
3. Clarify the scope of your implementation
4. Define your project schedule, budget plan, and implementation sequence.
5. Identify Core team members, Steering committee, and Functional & Technical consultant for each module.
In this phase, we will form a Functional & Technical consultant team from trainees with a Project manager from ERP360 InfoTech.

In 2nd Week:
Phase 2: Business blue print:
1. As Is doc study & Sign off
2. Preparation of Business blue print doc & Sign off
3. Identifying Reports & Enhancements
4. Identifying the Gaps
5. Introduction to Solution Manager.
In this Phase, we will provide you the As Is doc for each module. You have to prepare business blue print doc. Project manager will validate the BBP doc.

In 3rd Week:
Phase 3: Realization:
1. Customization based on Business blue print doc
2. Preparing Functional specification for ABAP Reports.
3. Unit testing doc preparation, executing unit testing, Unit test doc sign off.
4. Integration testing doc preparation, Executing Integration testing, integration test doc signs off.
5. User acceptance testing sign off
6. Providing Master data template for Uploading
7. Introduction to HPQC tools for handling test cases, Defects during Implementation cycle.
In this Phase, trainee has to do module specific customization, Unit testing, Integration testing and he has to prepare master data template for uploading.

In 4th Week:
Phase 4: Final Preparation:
1. Cut over activities.
2. Master data validation & test uploading in development system.
3. End user training.
4. Preparing Authorization roles and assignment to users.
5. Opening stock & open items test uploading in development system.

In this phase, trainee has to upload the module specific master data. He has to prepare authorization role doc.

In 5th Week:
Phase 5: Go live & Support:
1. Moving all transport request to Production system
2. Master data uploading.
3. Opening stock & open items (Purchase order, Production order, Sale order, Vendor opening balance, Customer opening balance) uploading.
4. Running client’s business processes in SAP Production system.
5. Giving knowledge transfer to supporting team.

In this Phase, trainee has to move all transport requests that he has created in development system to production system. He has to upload the master data in production system. He has to give knowledge transfer to support team.
