6 CONNECT- is putting all its mind and muscles together to create the much-needed ‘connection’ between Employers and Job Aspirants especially in the IT sector. We see a disgruntling trend where software companies have to bend too low to spot a talent and job-seekers have to climb a huge wall to be spotted. This virtual talent void is creating undue delay in job placements resulting in unbearable frustration on both sides.

We are offering Transformation Training Programmers to cover up the modules and links which the general academia missed in its tutoring endeavors’. In our training methodology, there is no moribund theoretical session. The focus and locus of this entire IT training initiative is on Live & Working Development Projects.

First, a student upon enrollment has to undertake an online test. Upon evaluation, results and scores achieved in the test, he/she goes to any of the three stages/levels:

Level 1: Basic & Advanced Training

Level 1 training is given to candidates who are found waiting in both the basic computation skills and specialization.

Level 2: Advanced Training

Level 2 training is given to candidates who are good at basic skills but need to hone their specialized areas that should provide them access to the befitting and desirous jobs.

Level 3: Direct Placement

Candidates who clear evaluation tests with a stunning performance will be directly sent to interviews suitable to their professional qualifications and eligibility.
