We provide two categories of programs which are Regular program and Career Development program.

Regular Program consists of Training with duration of 45 days.
Training Methodology:-

Assignment:

Assignments to be prepared based on the topic taken for the day
Weekly 5 Assignments are mandatory to all the SAP Trainees
Each Assignment will carry 2 marks and finally it will be calculated for 10 marks in your weekly CGPA for total 5 Assignments.
Presentation:
Need to present based on the last 1 week trained Topics.
Presentation time would be around 20 minutes
Based on one answer everyone would get aware of the same
Weekly presentation considers for 10 marks and these marks would be added for your weekly CGPA marks.
All the CDP candidates are mandatory to present and improve the CGPA marks.
Weekly evaluation:
Trainers will provide the Real Time scenarios on weekly basis
All the CDP candidates should deliver the Evaluation scenarios on weekly basis.
Evaluation deliverables consider as 10 Marks and will be added to your weekly CGPA Marks.
Weekly CGPA Marks:
Assignment deliverables 5 * 2 = 10 Marks
Presentation deliverables 1 * 10 = 10 Marks
Evaluation deliverables 1 * 10 = 10 Marks
CGPA = 10 + 10 + 10 = 30. CGPA = 30 / 3 = 10 Per Week
Daily KT Session with Consultant
Knowledge Transfer session: One module trainee would give presentation where the others will get the knowledge of that particular module.
Cross Module Knowledge
Trainees would learn other modules which would help them in their integration part when they are On Board.
Mini Project
Trainee has to prepare a Mini Project based on the 45 days training.
Interview
Trainee will be assessed by conducting an Interview to check their level of knowledge and exposure.

Phase:2 Business Blue Print : BMPL, PDD

Phase:3 Realization/Configuration: (KDS,Config,FS,TS,UT)

Phase:4 Testing and Final Preparation: ( SIT, UAT, Cut over activities, MDT, MDU, User Access Matrix, Configuration Document, End user Training Document, User Manual Document, Pre Go live activities.

Phase:5 Go live & Support: Post Go live and Support activities,

3 Levels of Technical Round Interview

Benefits of SAP Real Time Project:-

We will make sure 45 days time to implement SAP project. This Real Time Project would give 3 years of Implementation, Support and Rollout Project Exposure.

You would be involved with MM, SD, PP and FICO module consultant for Integration Testing.

All the trainees would be trained by BDC, LSMW and BAPI to upload the Master Data on your module.

More than 17 deliverable documents will be delivered during the Implementation Project.

You would be getting the exposure of End User training. You would be interacting with End User to understand the client s Business Process.

You would be preparing the Business Blue print based on the BPML document.

You would be getting the exposure of Business Blue Print, Unit Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing exposure during the Real Time Project.

You would be involving with ABAP team to upload the Master Data and get exposure on BDC and LSMW.

You would be getting the integration knowledge on MM, SD, PP and FICO module with OBYC setting and VKOA settings.

You would be getting the exposure of Functional Spec preparation, Technical Spec preparation.

You would be involved in Cut Over Activities which helps to upload the master data one by one.

End of the day you would become a SAP Application consultant.
