Shimla is the capital city of the Indian state of Himanchal Pradesh located in northern India. Famous Places To Visit

Rohtang Pass : Rohtang Pass is situated at 51 kms from Manali on highway to Keylong/Leh. It offers a panorama and spectacular mountain view. The pass is open from June to October each year although trekkers can cross it earlier. It is a gateway to Lahaul Spiti, Pangi and Leh valley just as Zojila pass is a gatway to Ladakh. There are a beautiful sight of glaciers, peaks and Chandra river flows down in the Lahaul valley.

Solang Valley : Solang Valley drives its name from combination of words Solang (Nearby village) and Nullah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh,India.It is on the way to Rohtang Pass and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sports most commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing.

Hadimba Devi Temple : Hadimba Devi Temple is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimdi Devi, sister of Hidimba,who was a character in the Indian epic, Mahabharata.The temple is surrounded in the middle of dense forest Called Van Vihar .It is one of the major tourist attraction in the Manali.

Bhrigu Lake : Bhrigu Lake is a lake located at an elevation of around 4,300 metres (14,100 ft) in Kullu district, Himachal Pradesh, India. It is located to the east of Rohtang Pass .Bhrigu Lake is famous for its hot water springs .Legend has it that the sage used to mediate near the lake and hence it has been rendered sacred; the locals believe that due to this the lake never freezes completely.
