Educational Qualifications:

Storekeeper -> Essential - 10+2. Desirable - Basic knowledge of computer application having 'O' level Certificate as per Department of Electronics Accreditation Committee Certificate (DOEACC).

LDC -> 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. Skill test Norms only on Computers . A typing speed of thirty-five words per minute in English or thirty words per minute in Hindi on computer. (Thirty-Five words per minute and thirty words per minute correspond to ten thousand and five hundred key Depressions per hour or nine thousand key Depressions Per Hour on an average of five key depressions for each word).

Fireman -> Matriculation pass from recognized Board/Institution. Must have completed basic course on elementary fire fighting from a recognized Institute. Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties. This requirement will be tested as under: (a) Height without shoes - 165 cms, (b) Chest (Un-expanded) - 81.5 cms, (c) Chest (Expanded) - 85 cms, (d) Weight - 50 kgs (Minimum). Endurance Test - (i) Carrying a man (Fireman lift of 63.5 Kgs to a distance of 183 mtrs. within 96 seconds). (ii) Clearing 2.7 mtrs. wide ditch landing on both feet (long jumps). (iii) Climbing 3 mtrs. vertical rope using hands and feet.

Industrial Employees (IEs) -> Matriculation + ITI / National Apprenticeship Certificate(NAC) / National Trade Certificate(NTC) issued by NCVT.

Selection Process: Written Examination and Typing Test on Computer (For LDC) / NCVT Trade Test (For Industrial Employees) / Physical Standards Test & Endurance Test (For Fireman)

Application Fee: Application should be accompanied with a fee of 50/- through crossed Indian Postal Order Payable at Dehradun or Bank Demand Draft from any nationalized bank drawn in favour of The General Manager, Opto Electronics Factory, Raipur, Dehradun-248008 Payable at Dehradun. SC/ST/Ex- Servicemen /physically handicapped & female candidates are not required to pay any fee. The Application fee is non-refundable.

How To Apply:

a) Applications must be submitted in the prescribed form.
b) The eligible candidates may submit their application to THE GENERAL MANAGER, OPTO ELECTRONICS FACTORY, RAIPUR, DEHRADUN - 248008 (UTTRAKHAND).
c) Application must be filled up either in English/Hindi.
d) Candidates must write the name of the post applied for on the left comer of the envelope in BOLD CAPITAL letters. Application may be rejected if not super-scribed with the name of the post applied for or name of the incorrect post on the envelope.
e) Duly self Attested Photocopies of certificates (in support of Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste Certificate, Disability certificate, Discharge certificate etc.) are required to be enclosed with the Application form.
f) The candidate should paste(not staple) a recent PASSPORT SIZE self attested photo graph (not more than 03 months old) on the application form and enclose 02 additional self signed (sign must be on front side only) similar photographs along with his/her application. Name of Candidate and post applied for should be written on backside of each extra photograph.
g) Signature of candidate must be on the application form with date and Left Thumb Impression (in the prescribed place in the application format).
h) There should be only one application in one envelope.
i) Candidates can apply for more than one post and must submit separate applications for each post.

The last date of receipt of application is 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement excluding the date of publication (i.e. Last date may be 17/10/2015).
