directly by the Guest)

• The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel
• Any expenses caused by factors beyond our control, like- Rail / Flight / Vehicle delays, Cancellations,
Strikes, Natural calamity, Political disturbance, etc.
