CERP Personality Development program Training Gurgaon

The lack of business and soft skills has been cited as one of the key reasons for stress, job dissatisfaction and high attrition rates within the rapidly growing workforce. This is a problem in many countries with the dramatic rise in the global demand of IT services. Support destinations such as India, Malaysia and the Philippines are initiating programmes to address this problem. It is becoming increasingly important that IT professionals develop their business & soft skills to get closer to the world of business. The IT Services Industry has been propagating this for more than 20 years, but it is only recently that this issue has started to make it to the top of the agenda with many big organizations. This skill gap seriously threatens to weaken the business process, as well as negatively impact the customer?s service experience.
