Prem's Cookery classes
(Cooking With Love)
Whatever may be your reason to pursue a cookery course; an
internal calling, a passion for good food, a desire to impress your loved ones,
the need to provide nutritious food for your kids or a yearning for international
cuisine made at home: a good cookery course is all you need to become the next super cook and meet your objectives. You
may be a beginner, whose chapattis look like maps of different countries or a
loving mother cooking for several years; mastering the art of cooking is never
too early or too late.
Prem’s Cookery Classes is a customized approach to help you
bridge the gap between a modest cook and a gourmet chef. Customized because it
takes into consideration your individual requirements and paces the classes
accordingly, an advantage that you would not have in the run of the mill
cookery classes mushrooming all around. Cooking is all about balance,
consistency and authenticity and Prem’s Cookery Classes is founded on these
three principles.
The classes include a stepwise guidance for all the dishes,
notes for revision and practice at home and essential ingredients that
differentiate a simple Dal from a
great Dal.
Courses offered include Basic Home cooking, Salads, Mughlai,
Indian Starters, Italian, South Indian, Baking, Chocolate Making, Dips
Classes are also conducted on weekends for the convenience
of working women.
Special fun classes for children are also conducted

About the Teacher
Prem, call her a foodie or an aficionado of good food, her
name concisely expresses the relationship she shares with food. Her knowledge
of food stems from her extensive travelling across the world and the deep
interest she took in those journeys to understand the history of the local
cuisines and intricate details involved in their preparation. Such rich practical knowledge supersedes any
theoretical knowledge that may be acquired over the internet or through a good
recipe book. Remember a good recipe is like a mathematical formula, it is of no
use to you unless you know how to apply it.
