DARJEELING PELLING GANGTOK TOUR 7 Nights 8 Days

DAY 01: NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT DARJEELING (98 KMS / 3 HRS)

Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Darjeeling (6,710 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 02: DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING

Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 03: DARJEELING PELLING

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Pelling. Upon reaching Pelling start half day sightseeing in and around Pelling City, covering Kanchendzonga Water Falls, Rock Garden, Rabdentse Ruins, Helipad Ground, Sacred Pemayangtse Monastery the 2nd oldest Monastery of Sikkim. Overnight at Hotel

DAY 04: PELLING YUKSOM EXCUSRION

After breakfast we drive to Yuksom (5840 Ft / 1780 Mts, 35 Kms / 02 Hrs) on way panoramic sightseeing of Darap Village, Rimbi Water fall & Hydro Project, Khecheopalri Lake (6000 Ft / 1829 Mts)it is one of the sacred Buddhist mountain lake and it is believed that whatever is wished in front of the lake comes true. Myth is that when a leaf falls on the placid clear water surface, it is picked by a bird & Kanchanjunga Water fall. A further drive takes you to Yuksom (the meeting place of three monks) - the first capital of Sikkim. This was the place where the first Chogyal (a ruling dynasty in Sikkim)was crowned. Evening back to Pelling and Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 05: PELLING GANGTOK VIA NAMCHI

After breakfast transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.). Enroute visit Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse & Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) in Namchi. Upon reaching Gangtok check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

DAY 06: EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR( OPTIONAL TOUR TO NATHULA PASS)

After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) Which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

(In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.)

DAY 07: GANGTOK AT LEISURE

After leisurely breakfast check out from the hotel and take transfer to Mayfair Resort. Rest of the day at your leisure.

DAY 08: GANGTOK NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT (125 KMS / 4 HRS)

After breakfast Check-out from hotel and take the departure transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB airport for your onward journey.
