Educational Qualifications: (From Recgonized University / Institute)

Engineering Discipline -> Degree in Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Petroleum Engineering.

IT -> Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science Engineering or MCA.

Finance -> CA/ICWAI/MBA (Finance).

HR -> 2-Years' Full-time Post Graduate Diploma/MBA (Personnel Management/HR)/ MSW.

Legal -> LLB Law Graduate.

Minimum Post Qualification Experience: 15 Years for Deputy General Manager; 09 Years for Manager Grade-I; 05 Years for Manager Grade-II; 02 Years for Assistant Manager.

Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be required to attend INTERVIEW at New Delhi/ Chennai/ Mumbai/ Guwahati/ Kolkata/ Hyderabad/ Aizawl/ Agartala for the assessment of their candidature. Selected candidates can be posted at any Division / Office of the Company in India or abroad depending upon the work-related exigencies.
