Reporting To : Store Manager


* From Hotel Management / Cruise Background / 5 Star Hotels
* Very Good sales person
* Peoples Person
* Good interpersonal skills
* Knowledge on Italian , Mexican , Indian , Continental , etc cuisines
* Review the menus and product mix of the formats and suggest the items which are popular in the area and implement the same.
* Keep a very close look at the pricing of the products benchmarking of products for pricing , quality and quantity.
* Maintain safety and hygiene audit in the store and make action plan.
* Manage Seasonality
* Growth in Store Sales
* Suggestive Selling/ Customer Conversation
* Demo Counter activation & Execution
