PROCEDURE

 After receiving the details from the clients about the required candidate we match it with our existing data base and forward resumes for short listed candidates for the Interviews.

 The client intimates us the date , time and place for the interview.

 In case where the required profiles don’t match with our database, we headhunt to meet the requirement.

 We take full responsibility for drafting advertisements and releasing them on behalf of the client.
 Once the response is received only after thorough scrutiny and elimination process we bring the pick of the crop for the client’s interaction.

“G.H.& S.” offers a choice of SEARCH SERVICE


Contingency Search : This type of search is based on successful results only. No fee is due to “ G.H. & S” unless the client selects and hires a candidate.

Retainer Search : The clients retains “ G.H.& S.” the exclusive search company to perform a search by paying GH & S a pre-negotiated retainer fee upfront, which is deducted from the final invoice.
