Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) (Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India) invites applications form Indian Citizens for recruitment of following for Group B (Non Gazetted) & Group C on temporary basis likely to be permanent in the ITBPF. Educational Qualifications:

Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse) ->

(1) 10+2 examination pass from a recognized board or university or equivalent.
(2) Having passed the examination in General Nursing and Midwifery.
(3) Registered with Central Nursing council or state Nursing council.
(4) Desirable - Three years experience as Nurse.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Pharmacist) ->

(1) Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with Physics, Chemistry and biology as subject from a recognized board or equivalent.
(2) Diploma In Pharmacy from any Central/ State Government institution or any institution recog nized by Central or State Government.
(3) Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1984.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Lab Tech) ->

(1) Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with Physics, Chemistry and biology as subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
(2) Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
(3) One year experience as Laboratory technician in Medical Set up.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Radio Grapher) ->

(1) Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) examination with Physics, Chemistry and biology as subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
(2) Diploma in Radio Diagnosis from any recogni zed Institute of the Central or state Government.
(3) Desirable - One year experience in the field.

Head Constable (Midwife) ->

(1) Passed Matriculation examination from a recognized Board or equivalent.
(2) Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery course from a recognized institution.
(3) Registered in Nursing Council of Central Govt or State Govt.

Physical Standards:

Description,Minimum Height in cms,Minimum Chest in cms

Minimum Height for all male candidates belonging to scheduled Tribes.,162.5 cms,77-82 cms

Minimum Height for all male candidates falling in the categories of Garhwalis, Kumoaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathasand candidates belonging to the States of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, ManipurTripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh and Ladakh regions of Jammu and Kashmir.,165 cms,80-85 cms

Minimum height for all male candidates except the categories given above,170 cms,80-85 cms

For female candidates,150 cms,-

Selection Process: Physical Standard Test, Written / Practical Test and Viva Voce Examination.

Application Fee: 50/- for General and OBC (NCL) category candidates; The fee should furnish a crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of DIG (Medical), Composite Hospital Chandigarh. No fee for SC / ST and Ex-serviceman and Female candidates.
