Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, including CNC machines, woodworking equipment, and assembly lines.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Equipment Inspection:
Regularly inspect machines to identify potential issues and ensure they are operating at peak efficiency.
Test and calibrate machinery to meet quality and production standards.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all production equipment.
Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to the production process.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and guidance to the production team on equipment operation and maintenance.
Collaborate with the engineering team to modify or upgrade machinery for better performance and efficiency.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to workplace safety standards.
Spare Parts Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers to order and maintain a sufficient stock of essential parts.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, machine performance, and downtime.
Prepare reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and performance improvements.
