Major Change in Waiting Time for US Visa Availability

Immigration reforms were introduced in November, 2014 and based on that we have been seeing major impact on visa bulletin. In October 2015 visa bulletin, the F-4 category for US citizen's brothers and sisters has moved up by 13 months in comparison of September 2015. This shows tremendous impact on visa wait for this category itself. After filing petition I-130 under category F4 - Family-Based Visas for US citizen s brothers and sisters; it used to take almost 10- 12 years earlier to get the final green card. Now, with the expedite process, no wonder if the process is completed within 3-5 years after the filing. This is fine!
