2 You need to creat your account with Adhar card or voter card.

These the list of document which you need to rigiter your self at government portal.

A. Aadhar Card and /or Voter Card of Bride and Groom

B. Age Proof of Bride and Groom ( Any one ) - Birth Proof / 10th Pass Document / Driving License / Passport

C. Address Proof of Bride and Groom ( Any One ) - Voter Card / Driving License / Passport / Bank Passbook with photograph

D. Marriage Invitation Card or Marriage Document of Gurudwara /Temple.

E. 5-5 Passport Size photos of Husband & Wife.

F. 2 Witnesses with Pan Card and Address Proof.

G. Divorce Decree in case of any or both Bride and Groom are divorcee.

H. Death Proof / Document of previous spouse in case of widow or widower.

I. In case of foreign national NOC / No impediment from concerned embassy.

J.Valid VISA and residence proof in case of foreign national.

K.Conversion proof document in case of Non Hindu.

3. put details of wife, husband, and 2 witnesses.

4. Prepare affidavits , though the format of your area SDMs have their own formats.

5 For correct format call or visit your area SDM office and if you are lucky, you will find the person concerned of you may need to wait for 1 2 hours or visit again. In my case I got the format on second visit

6.Then i make a affidavits as per format which cost me INR 350 and 2 hours.

7. then i upload the documents. Remember each document should be below 500kb and in png format.

8. If we are not able to upload any document correctly. The website will show already uploaded . BE CAREFUL

9. Whole uploading process takes more than 3 hours and finally appointment will be arranged over portal.

10.After that as per process and acknowledgement slip you need to visit SDM office again to get your file verified.

11.And again in my case SDM staff was on leave and i have no information about it . So I was to visit again. This time staff was there but not on seat. Somehow he came after 1 hour and said the uploaded DOB proof (10th class mark sheet)is not acceptable in our office.

12. He politely confirmed me to change the 1oth document (proff of birth) document with another one.

13. We are Thinking it is easy and till the time i waste two week of office But in reality this can't be done. You have to delete the application and do the whole work again even if a single error is committed.

14. By then I was fed up. I wasted my 2 complete days. Visited SDM office 4 times and I was nowhere.
