Educational Qualification and Experience:

Chief Manager (Risk Management) -> Graduate in any stream of Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduation in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or MBA in Finance/ Banking/ Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA. (OR) Completed professional courses like CA/ICWA/CFA (USA). Qualifications like FRM, PRMIA, DTIRM shall be preferred. Post Qualification Experience - Not less than 05 Years.

Senior Manager (Risk Management) -> Graduate in any stream of Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduation in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or MBA in Finance/ Banking/ Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/ Banking/ Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA. (OR) Completed professional courses like CA/ICWA/CFA (USA). Qualifications like FRM, PRMIA, DTIRM shall be preferred. Post Qualification Experience - Not less than 03 Years.

Manager (IT) -> Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics & Communication (OR) Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication. Post Qualification Experience - Not less than 02 Years.

Manager (Forex) / Manager (Debt / Equity) -> Graduate / Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/ Mathematics/ Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/M BA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable. Post Qualification Experience - Not less than 02 Years.

Manager (Debt / Equity) -> Graduate / Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/ Mathematics/ Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/M BA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable. Post Qualification Experience - Not less than 02 Years.

Selection Process: Group Discussion (GD) (50 Marks) and / or Personal Interview (100 Marks)
