Job Description:
To empanel distributors / channel partners with the company from specified segment of the financial distribution industry.
To achieve sales target by generating business through these distributors
Will be required to recruit and manage a team of distributors / partners and generate business through them on Monthly Basis
Mobilizing & Managing business through the distributors / channel partners
Login and Conversion of Life Insurance
Ensuring productivity on monthly basis
Training , Mentoring and motivating the distributors/partners
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA / Graduate having minimum 4 yrs of hard core sales experience.
Good Communication skill.
Candidates from FMCG, Telecom, IT , Pharma and BFSI companies
Good Life Insurance Advisors, Financial Consultants, NBFC’s, Banks etc will also be seen.
Local Candidates
Age should be between 24 - 30 years.
CTC:
Up to 3 Lac Per Annum plus reimbursements against mobile & conveyance of 3500/- per month.
