    Moreover, comparing it with other NCR�s Greater Noida is becoming most planned city in India after Chandigarh, The city has many features like all wiring and pipes are underground and Greater Noida is also supported by private electricity board.

    In the project 50% will be used as IT, 15% will be used as residential,15% will be used as commercial and rest 20% will be used as other services whereby hotels, service apartments etc. will be made.

    The Price of IT is 5500/- sq.ft. but the initial discount which is offered is 250/- sq. ft. so the actual price which you will get is 5250/- sq. ft. The minimum area which you can purchase is 1000 sq. ft. and the booking amount is 15% of the total amount.

    SCHEMES ON INVESTMENTS:-

    An assured return on 10 % p.a. is guaranteed on your investment on at least 50% down payment.
    A buy back guarantee at a premium of 250 / sq. ft. is given in the project after 6 months.

    For eg:-

    Total investment for 500 sq. ft. = 500 X 5250 = Rs. 26,25,000
    Initial Investment @ 15 % of T. Inv. = 26,25,000 X 15 % = Rs. 3,93,750
    Buy Back profit @ 250/- sq. ft. after 6 months = 500 X 250 = Rs.1,25,000

    As a conclusion on an investment of only 3,93,750 you get an assured buy back return of Rs. 1,25,000
