SysMind is an information technology consulting company with a superior value-priced services and reliable delivery solutions. SysMind is looking for a Technical recruiter & Sales personnel for our office in Princeton Junction, NJ.
*Candidate must have excellent communication skills and intra personal skills.
*Experience with working on direct client requirements *Tier 1 sales
* Experience working in a fast paced environment
* 0 to 3 years of IT sourcing or IT recruiting in a staffing company
*Must be able to source and screen candidates
*Any previous Technology experience is a HUGE plus
*To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
*Locals preferred *This position requires a self-motivated individual with a desire to grow. A successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Excellent computer and telephone skills are also required.
