Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft &
hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage.

Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political
disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation &
land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Insurance.
Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Terms & Conditions :
Anytime during the booking of the package the guest can add or remove any components of
the original packages and customize it as per choice. (depend on availability)
The final itinerary would be what the guest will see.
The guest hereby agrees that customized package is per his/her will and choice. No claim on
the combination, price of package, category and type of service shall be entertained by Om
Shubh Yatra.
The booking of the final combined package shall be subject to availability.
The final price is as per inclusions selected by the guest. In case guest has changed any
components, same will be updated in price. Guest s final confirmation will have exact
components which was selected and reviewed by the guest while booking the package.
The final price of the same package combination may vary from time to time and shall not be
fixed. Any claims on the package price shall not be entertained.
Maximum of 3 persons are allowed in one room
An additional mattress or a rollaway bed will be provided for the third person sharing the
room. It may vary as per hotels.

In case of any unavailability in the listed hotels arrangement Om Shubh Yatra will try to
provide alternate accommodation in hotel of similar standard.
This package cannot be combined with any other offer of Om Shubh Yatra.
Refund on cancellation depends upon the concerned hotel's/airlines cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
Between 29 - 20 days of departure: 25% of the Holiday Cost.
Between 19 - 14 days of departure: 50% of the Holiday Cost.
Between 13 - 08 days of departure: 75% of the Holiday Cost.
Prior to 7 days of the departure - 100% of the Holiday Cost.
